Receiving his degree from Mississippi State University, Zach has completed an externship at Perkins and Will in New York City, a summer internship at Archetype Design LLC, and completed a year long Co-Op at Gensler in Dallas all before graduation. Joining the architectural based professional fraternity Alpha Rho Chi, Zach held a number of committee head positions, became Vice President during his 4th year and in 2017 was voted as Convention Delegate to best represent his chapter at Mississippi State.
